We're getting married ❤︎

We are so excited to celebrate our love with you. You can find our full weekend schedule and all the essential details below. Hope to see you there!

Our story

We met sometime in high school (really), but our love story began in March 2021, when Zach DMed Amber on Instagram from 2,000 miles away in Seattle. Shortly thereafter, Zach flew to Ohio, and we’ve been inseparable ever since.

This is one of the first pictures we ever took together!

In August 2023, we adopted our beautiful cat, Luna.

On August 10, 2024, Zach proposed to Amber in Santorini, Greece. The photos turned out fine.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Thank you for being a part of our incredible journey.

Where to stay

For those traveling from out of town, we’ve put together a few hotel recommendations for you based on our wedding venue location – the Ballard neighborhood, Seattle, Washington. For convenience, we recommend staying in Ballard or Downtown.

We do not have a hotel block, so feel free to stay wherever you’d like.

Ballard

If you’d like to stay close to the venue during the weekend, you can’t do any better than staying at the venue itself.

Hotel Ballard | $800-1000/night
5216 Ballard Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107

Downtown

Downtown Seattle is a popular tourist neighborhood, famous for its waterfront and Pike Place Market. If you plan to stay downtown, we recommend staying near the waterfront, or east of 4th street.

Seattle Marriott Waterfront | $600-700/night
2100 Alaskan Wy, Seattle, WA 98121

The Westin Seattle | $500-600/night
1900 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101

Capitol Hill

Capitol Hill is our home and favorite neighborhood in Seattle. Though it doesn’t have many hotels, you can find a few small bed and breakfasts in the area.

The Gaslight Inn | $500-600/night
1727 15th Ave, Seattle, Washington

Travel

Flying In

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is the best airport for getting to Seattle. We recommend avoiding Paine Field, as it is about twice the distance from the city.

Getting Around

We advise against renting a car for your trip to Seattle. From the airport, you can catch an Uber or Lyft to the city for around $60; the trip will take around 30 minutes.

It is also possible to take the light rail to downtown Seattle. The ride will take around 45 minutes and cost around $3.

Once you’re in Seattle, it’s very convenient to get around using Uber or Lyft, or by public transit.
